This plugin is instructions, reference files and two standard-library Python scripts. It runs inside your coding agent with that agent’s model, permissions and data handling.
When you ask it to plan renames, it searches the folders you name for callers of the old names and writes their locations (file and line, never their contents) into the CLI’s repo. It sends nothing anywhere, collects no telemetry, and connects to no services.
